Sparks fly up into the air adding to the million stars we got up there. Grab a stick from the fire, wave it round till the ember's gone. If you took a picture with the night time shutter on, you would see that I was writing your name, thinking of things I want to say. Thinking about how pretty, you're gonna look next time I see you in the city. Fire's out I head to my cabin, I'm sleeping soon. Fire's out the water reflects the big white moon. Fire's out I can hear the loons cry. Fire's out just the light of the stars and the fireflies.
Before you go to bed do you think about Moon Dough?
ReplyDeleteI have to say.. the songs you wrote while at the cottage are my favorites. There's something about the melodies and tone of the songs. Good work man!
ReplyDeleteI really like this one! So honest and simple... the best combination...
